The Clickbank affiliate marketing network is well known by every serious Internet marketer. They use it to sell their products or promote other people's ebooks.
Let's review a few of the pros and cons of clickbank. First, the good:
1. Easy to get started
What I like with this affiliate marketing network is that it's extremely easy to get your affiliate link and tracking ID.
I'm not a beginner, but I'm still struggling to navigate in the commission junction website.
2. Integrity
They pay on time. I must say that it is one of the main reason I chose them in the first place. I've already been scammed and I can tell you that there is no point to promote a product if you know that you will not get paid.
Now, let's see what you may not like:
1. Guarantee issue
This is a big problem. They don't seem to have a serious refund policy. In fact, their policy is to the customer's advantage and both affiliates and vendors are losing. The guarantee is 56 days, but it doesn't matter if someone ordered the product one year ago, they will give a refund to the customer without even asking any questions.
2. Competition for affiliates This may be a problem for newbies. There are a lot of competitors for the most popular products. Unfortunately, those products are the one who make more money because of the advanced marketing knowledge and expertise. Newbies can't compete on AdWords because super affiliates are already established there and it would be a marketing suicide to try.
The conclusion is that Clickbank is a good affiliate network, and you can earn a lot of money if you take the time to learn how this whole affiliate business works.

How will you lose money? I didn't realize it costs anything to promote products other than your website costs??

About the bad sides of clickbank:
1. Refund rate - I know from my experience that if I go with actual high quality products, the refund rate is very low and no matter how long it has been. At the end of the day, trying to sell shitty products to people and then not giving them a refund is not the right way to make a lot of money. There for you should really look into what you promote and less into the refund period.
2. I usually don't go with the products that has the highest gravity and highest competition. I choose products that I think can sell but have small gravity - that way there is much less competition but the products are good enough and they sell

Just started using clcikbank and has not got any money from it. need to wait more and do some aggressive marketing activities to earn through clickbank..
How long have you been at it? I've been doing Clickbank since January 1st of this year (a sort of coincidental and inadvertent New Year's Resolution to make more money from home and quit my job) and it wasn't until April that I saw a sale. Another month went by after that, and I've been having constant sales since then
You have the right idea: work hard, work smart, and it will happen.

Clickbank is definitely not perfect. But they are a lot easier to get into than other affiliate marketing with only a few exceptions. In most cases you really need good traffic before you start promoting the affiliate.
With Clinkbank products you can set up websites devoted to the product and then drive traffic and start making money sooner.
Yes it takes some skills and a lot of effort, but once you get the ball rolling it can really work with you and not against you.

What I like about Clickbank: - Good variety of products - Many products have very high commissions - Easy to get started
What I don't like about Clickbank: - Some products look "spammy" and are hard to sell

My thoughts:
What I like about Clickbank: - There's a good variety of products. - Many products have very high commissions (70%) or more.. - Easy to get started for the newbie to affiliate marketing.
What I don't like about Clickbank: - a lot of trashy product on there now. - small commissions, as more products are lower priced.
I like doing upto $8000 commissions on high priced products.

The scam products ClickBank have heard it? So, fraud is a a ClickBank reality. Many people choose to promote and failed to earn the expected return on investment, because the product turned out to be a scam. In order to avoid such a product, you must check the percentage return, do not go 10-20 percent rate of return.

The refund rate is so bad that sometimes I can leave $500 in Clickbank, and the money will be gone because people are requesting refunds 100% of the time so in the end, I make no money with it.

Read read read and obey their rules. I see a lot of people complain that the refund system of clickbank is bad. I understand how they see it and even good products get refunds sometimes. What you need to do is to choose a good sensible product to make sure that there will be less refunds.

Ive used a few click bank product. Not bad. They seem to work fair enough. I didnt ask for a refund because I feel I got what was being advertised. They seem to have a lot of different products. I only use a few.

They've changed their website recently, used to be a bit easier to use but now I think the overall layout is OK.

People are still earning really big incomes on Clickbank. This is a very big mystery to a lot of people especially newbies who just want to earn enough to hopefully quit their job.
If you take a look at the big boys there who are earning anywhere between $1,000-$5,000 per day, just know that these people have their own products and have a huge army of affiliates all promoting for them at the same time.
If you are going to start with these products and sell them yourself, I would look into niches that are not in the make money online niche. This niche has a lot of competition and the refund rates are higher then any other niche out there.
