I have been using AP for almost 2 years, using only one mastercard and allways worked, no compliment with that but many withdrawals delay toooo much, ticket response is slow and phone support left you in the line several time= phone bill very expensive if you call outside canada.

Now its almost 3 weeks since alertpay have issues with mastercard and seems to be they wont accept it anymore.

AP claimed many times they would fix soon the issue. Last week was the last "promised time", they failed again and now there is no even a period of time to solve the problem.

In the need to fund my account and pay my ap recurring suscriptions and not to lose earnings in some earning programs, today i went to the bank to get a Visa since ap said it works fine. I have added it to my account, system acepted it but when i was about to pay with my Visa, a decline message appeared to me again and again claiming to call my bank!

I had called to the bank and support told me everythings fine with the card, and i tried it with paypal and paypal accepted it and i also made i little spend through it without problems. I had tried another payment in ap with the visa and now the message says to submit a ticket (now not to call the bank), so now i know my card was allways working good and their system sucks.

I am pissed off because alertpay its not honest with their costumers. Why they say they'll fix soon the mastercard issue and weeks go by and nothing? why they say visa works and visa in fact doesnt work also? Many people could lose earnings and ap dont give a ****. If they were honest, id never spend money for the visa card... ap sucks! Just wish all earning programs accepted more another processors and throw away ap triniti.gif
