It is important in terms of SEO, that you site is getting traffic from several sites with high PR and traffic related to what you're promoting.

You've provided very good list, Most of the forums you listed here are best for Web Master and recommendable to them to join be a reputable poster their, to build your profile as a helping one.

But there are some off topic forums, people who are interested in can sort out, but it's not recommendable to join multimedia forum, for the purpose of webmaster. Because your posting will be considered as spam since webmaster topic have no value in multimedia forums.

So, I recommend people to sort out this forum list before start posting there.
