Hello everyone,
Im doing a project on network security and my chosen topic is "Password Cracking" now this is only being used on VMware so its not like i want to hack anyones accounts, again its a project.
My question is, what 2 tools can i use for this, is filezilla and ethearal good for this? if not what is.

Thank You I dont really understand the question  but in general you need to decide what password do you want to crack. Its MD5 hash, AES, other hash, some login, access to specific service? everything need different tool
