The Theme, its just a simple one, no designing I like to keep it plain and simple but thanks for the tip anyways.

Now I am at 290,000 in Alexa rank and getting good placement on Google for lots of keywords for example :

Keyword : paper submission advertisements
Results on Google : About 20,100,000 results (0.15 seconds)

Position #5 on Page 1

I use this tool (http://www.iwebtool.com/search_engine_position) to know the search engine positioning and then use Google Analytic to know which keywords people are using to land in my blog.

Yes, the main one is to have original content and create lots of backlinks!

I create backlinks with forums, website submitters and social networking websites and the content I use my experience.

Also to get good free traffic target unique keywords, for example I am targetting "FortuneDWB" even though I am not
actively building this opportunity lots of people are searching for it and there is no competition, so I get a good amount
of traffic that goes through my entire blog and they only searched for that term, I use this for several terms.

2 weeks ago I was at 290,000 in Alexa and now my blog
Alexa Traffic Rank is 220,000 In the next 24 hours, it will
go down again. It does every time I publish a new post.

I also published a lot more free advertising guides. Make
sure to check it out.

I wrote some more articles about Advertising and will write some more.

Now I am getting top placement on Google for many Keywords including
all of the programs that I join.

Almost 70% of the traffic now comes from Search Engines, mainly Google.

I will write some tips about that too, thanks to all my readers!!

Alexa Rank Today below 128,000

Now my blog Alexa rank is stable @ 82,000 it goes up and down from there but just a few hundreds, my vacations affected that a little since it was 80,000 for few days.

pretty interesting stuff you got on your blog. I can see that content is original as well, good work on that one. There are a few things that I noticed missing though, try adding up some meta tags on your pages (title and description tag). when I search for your blog, there weren't really that much info about it. when people find you blog on search engines, they'd read a few things on the title and description and then decide if they are going to visit it. adding those meta tags can also increase your SEO value by inserting your keywords in it.

I had it but someone took the blog down and had to re-install it, so now I don't have all the plugins I use to have.
I am using Wordpress and with the 'All In One SEO' plugin I can add the above details to each post, I will have to put that back on, just trying to be safe.

The crash did help though, since my traffic and rank increased a lot and the optin ratio to my list.

That happens. You can add a plugin on your wordpress so you can always have a back up of all of your pages. You can use the link below to download wp db back up plugin - its a great tool to have back up of all of your pages so whenever it goes down or something goes wrong, you wouldn't have to start from scratch.

There is one part of the images that search engines do catch and that's the ALT tag.

Nowadays you can get some good traffic through images, specially on Google Search where people go to the image tab all the time.
