i am here new to ask review on official exchanger http://www.SmartXchanger.com which are offering PayPal to Libertyreserve Exchange ,
Being investor i need LR daily and i found good way to fund mine LR with PayPal
i have been Refered by mine online friend , and i just wants to know about their review , seems i read review on their site . All are best and good review about their Exchange service which accept PayPal ,
I am planning to exchange 2000$ or more per month with them .
Please mmg members help me to take any Precaution before i start deal with them
