My ugrade wasn´t added automatically and I sent in a support ticket. Not even one hour later it got added and I had a reply mail. Upgrade with another Processor and upgrade showed up instantly

Heh cool, next thing: I signed up yesterday, when it happened, on day one. I sent in the support ticket, now the problem is solved. Problem was I missed the first surfing day because I thought it might take a while that the admin solves the problem. So I sent another mail and asked if the first day could be added. She took care of it within 10 Minutes. The service seems to be really good.
