My experience is quite different: I had two pendings and when I contacted support about it, both times I got very polite and kind response within an hour from sending ticket. Also both pendings were paid soon. An today I was paid just couple of hours after withdrawal request.

The question though is why we have to contact them to get the payouts and you would think they would want us upgrading later on so why delay payouts and make us think about not upgrading again.

Wow, I have no idea what may have happened to the site but i have finally been able to login for the first time in nearly two weeks. There is even 17 days of interest built up!

However, as the effective interest rate appears to only be 35% for 45 days rather than the advertised term, I will not be reinvesting as the ROI is not what I thought it would be.

I had questions in the first place, as the interest was stated to be accumulated on a calendar day basis, not a business day basis. this raised some question about the viability of the program.

It usually takes anywhere between two and ten days ...

They tend to let pendings sit and then pay the ones they choose to, there is no order to how they pay which needs to change.

And yes I ask for a refund, they somehow honor it but I still have to wait. I have not got back a single cent so far except for ~12bucks out of my ~4.5k investment
I shall be getting back my refunds with MGfunds by this friday.
Hopefully Mr Goodman will honor his word. So at least they are serious about a long run business.
I'm just not comfortable about the pending withdrawal which increase my heart rate everyday if it's not being process. They had my withdrawal pending for more than 2weeks even though i send many support tix, it's not being process. I hope they will improve their service in future to benefits and honor all clients with MGfunds.
