Hello everybody, if you're anything like me you've been driving yourself crazy trying to figure out the best place to put your ads.

The link below is a "heat map" that was sent to me by some good friends. Basically they try to find out where people look when they view a webpage. What are the best places to put ads?

So I put a link down below, AND HAVE NOT TESTED THIS INFORMATION, so I don't know how it will impact your website. But it is very interesting.

The research is that people tend to read pages in an F, or E formation. That is, all the way across the top, down the left side (mostly at the top), all the way across in the middle of the page, and (maybe) all the way across at the bottom of the page.

Once again, I have not tried this in a split test. I am new and don't have the resources to test many websites. I just thought some users here might find it useful. I know when i saw it I changed my layouts.
