I cant even get in using a proxy site? This is strange.
 Its not even loading up the site. Does anyone know of a nother good proxy site I can try
I noticed that most of the time I had to use the touring code to get in the site, but now I cant get in at all

I did just try hidemyass.com though and site loaded no worries (leave out the www.) You might even be able to load normally if you leave out www. or if you are doing that, add it. Now, I can't remember all the different things you tried already, but a different browser (google chrome perhaps or even Opera), clearing cache and cookies with a restart/boot, or try use Crapcleaner from ccleaner.com if you are running windows. There is an option to clean out temp files and a few other things in windows that might be clogging your system anyhows, so it is a great little maintenance program to have regardless. Do a major clean up, loads of things in that CC thinghy to make it easy to do! You can also try to click someone elses reflink to load, that has worked in the past for some I remember. Thanks anyhow It actually could be your ISP, you might want to try and give them a call and ask them, since you had no problems before and you can't get in with proxies either, sounds like it is a block indeed. Or you can contact Draganoranet and ask them why your IP can't get through as it may be from their end, as those free proxies don't hide you 100% only a VPN would. Remember to tell them you tried everything..... Alternatively you can Google Hotspotshield or free vpn services and work your way through to find one that works well!

For the hyip plan you do not have to surf and earnings are added the following day servertime (I think it is at servertime change midnight, otherwise 24 hours after purchase).
