Real Estate is booming in the Middle East these days. I currently live in Jordan and we have made profits in buying & selling lands and apartments up to 300% annual return last year and it is expected to do just the same this year and probably even better. All of this is due to the fact that it is underdeveloped, war on Iraq and the flee of wealthy Iraqi's to Jordan, return of Arab investors from the US due to the new patriotic act that handicapped their stay there, stability and security of Jordan, and many other reasons.

I am looking for creative and alternative ideas in real state that could be applicable here. Moreover, I am open for partnership as well.
