Does this mean they are regulated in New Zeland?

I saw they got their new regulation in NewZealand.
They published it in their website and facebook & twitter fan page.

This is the first time i saw any broker who is regulated in Newzeland. I also don't know what benefit is there for a newzeland regulated broker. Any idea?

I saw one more broker which is also from New Zealand but I can't remind the name. NewZealand is a good country and I think FxOptimax is going to be one of the good broker. I mostly prefer to trade with FxOptimax because of no requotes. I was really bored of requotes with my previous broker.

I did not see many broker who offers 2 pips spread on pairs other then eurusd. This is really very good i can see 2 other popular pairs also have 2 pips spread.

I also like this. They provide 2 pips spread for major pairs. Its great not to pay extra pips for spread. Its good for my scalping. Less spread let us make our trades profitable quickly.

Yes. Less spread is good for scalpers. But less spreads always attracts traders. What about the spread of exotic pairs?

In their site I saw that minimum deposit for STP account is $1000. Its quite low for real traders. The spreads are better than micro account.
