I am new and I just wanted ask what HYIP programs accept paypal or moneybookers?
Since I am from Germany it's very hard (nearly impossible) to deposit money on my stormpay or e-gold account, cause they only accept US bank accounts.

No programs I know of accept Paypal due to the fact that Paypal forbids HYIPs, the same goes for MoneyBookers. Most exchangers accept cheques and/or money orders, try one of those.

Until now, I only see HYIP accepts always E-gold, sometime Stormpay. But I never see HYIP accepts Paypal .
Even you live in Germany, I think you have no problem to pay by Stormpay or E-gold because I don't live neither in USA but in Europe. With Stormpay, you have to give some informations about your bank like Paypal. That's all.
