If you upgrade now you will earn from everyone for the month of February. I am not 100% sure if the sales before the upgrade date will count but you will earn on everyone for sure. Only fresh sales counts towards the ND commissions.
Passed last week withdrawal, hopefully they give bigger percentage this week.

Chris, they did mention the problem on the update but I don't think they specified it was going to be fixed exactly today.
