Hi, I represent a private investment firm headquartered in New Jersey that sells turnkey investment properties nationwide. We buy foreclosed homes (REO) direct from banks in bulk. We then put in qualified occupants in these homes under land contracts(and they fix-up the property, pay property tax, insurance, and utilities). In addition, occupants handle all maintenance on the property. Once these homes are cash flowing, we sell these turnkey, hassle-free properties to investors, who would like to get a high rate of return, but don't have the bank relationships to get great deals or the time or team to find qualified occupants. Our homes are moderately priced and range from 20k-35k. They are priced based on income. Each home has a targeted 16% ROI. This a secure real estate backed passive investment similar to a commercial NNN lease.
