Don't know about Paypal VCC.

VCC means "Virtual Credit Card" and it is used as a Credit card.

MAny online users who don't have bank account or credit card add VCC to their PayPal accounts in order to get verified and can send unlimited amount of money.

Howcome I see the need for a virtual credit card as unimportant since there is already the presence of paypal? I think I have to learn more here as this might just be something useful for me i the future.

Paypal VCC means a Virtual Credit card which is used to verify Paypal , Basically VCC using with paypal leads you to a Limitation or permanent ban . As this is strictly forbidden to use Fake CC like this . For example if you use VCC you add it to your paypal when Paypal backchecks your CC get caught that it is fake . You can use VBA [ Virtual Bank Account ] though it is also forbidden . Always use legit infos and bank and cards then you can safely use Paypal. Also some bank account has there own VCC . Like HDFC / HSBC .. you can create VCC for temporary use from your online bank account . One side it is also safe to use in internet and not let your real cc information out for purchasing anything from online market.

The only reason I think people use VCC is to get paypal assess from unapproved countries. Some countries are banned or not approved to use it so they find their way of verifying their account by virtual cards.
