with about 2 years of experiencing the MLM arena, I have noticed that there are many MLM Oppurtunities. These oppurtunities are usually very attractive offering you a great product, and a great compensation plan. So what does a new recruit who's new to the business get out of it?? Usually a big dream that is either tiresome and becomes hopeless, or may do well, but still not well enough or as they would like to be.... makeing Tens of Thousands each month, usually hundreds... So what's the Key here? How can any network marketer get in the game and Make the big bucks?

The answer is simply by having a Team of network marketers not particularly associated to one MLM but a band of network marketers who have the dream, and will find innovative ways of making the whole team some cash, and not just the guys on the top.

There are many types of teams that I have seen, and most of them are people that work from home, not people at work telling their friends about it hoping for them to follow the dream. It's usually a strong team with a great plan, and a Great leader. Some of these teams can be pretty pricey to join, there is one that i had been interested in. It is called My Success University, it is about $1600 to join, and it pays $1000 comissions for new members, but they provide you with millions of leads, autoresponders, many marketing tools, and more stuff that I'm unsure. These teams are designed to take advantage of MLM Payplans.

The team goal is usually to take advantage of the payplan of the companies, and to help as many people out as they can. Well how to do that? There are a few ways that I even myself thought of, and only have to recently found on accident autosurfing, and is free to join. As a team, if you can grow the team to members of numbers such as 17,000 you can do many tactics such as Megaflips. A megaflip is where the team coordinates a switch in matrixes, lets say that the order of a group of 10,000 from top of the matrix to the bottom is ABCD. There might be a rotation so that each member of the matrix will have an oppurtunity like this:

This may take 2-3 months, and all the new membership will be either shuffled in, or benefit from everyone upline's recruiting. If everyone in the team keep recruiting, and keep recruiting, the team size can get enormous. The teams have different tactics of getting people to join their team... some tactics include recruiting to the MLM of their choice, asking them to join a group, and after they are in the group, and have made some profit, they usually will be willing to join the team.

Some teams like to skip from MLM to MLM, creating interest in the business members that way. If you were in an MLM, and you recruited a guy who in 2 weeks brought in 1000 people to your downline, i'm sure you would be interested in what he's doing, also you might even be in the sideline, and notice the leadership they take, and the growth that is recognized.
Of course the key to having a team of this sort is RECRUITING, and it will always be, if your not looking for membership, some will fizzle out, some will sit back and not do anything, while others do the recruiting. As long as the team can build itself by offering $1000 comissions and millions of leads to offering more help than normal. If lookers like what they see, they will stay to the team, and tell their friends.

There are other simple recruiting tactics as well, If you were in a business that paid lets say an 80% fast start bonus, and 35% monthly comission, well then you could offer to them to pay the enrollment fee for them, leaving you that 20% out taking a chance on them that they'll stick around for atleast that month to get the %35, making you 15% up the next month. And the chances you take are backed up that you ensure that they do their part by recruiting.

Always will there be recruiting, just keep at it, find a good team, and keep to your strategy, good luck to all your endeavors!!
