I recently opened a Liberty Reserve account , activated it by logging in , saw my personal welcome message , great.

So I fund my account trough a reputable exchanger ( wm center ) , and then go to log in , now I get the error message Account number or password is incorrect. Please check your information and try again.

I have contacted support twice and provided information to reset the account , but they have yet to respond.

Anyone heard anything like this before ?

The only time I've ever heard of anything like this happening is if an account gets hacked and someone changed the information. I've been using LR foa while and never had this type of thing happen.

It could also be very possible that you are missing a character somewhere in your login information. I'm sure youve checked that possibility but if you havent then it might be a good idea. Did you try live support? They can sometimes be helpful.

I noticed today that they require a verification code now for IP addresses that are dynamic/changing. I have problems with this now and get an error message after completion of Step 2. I suggest that we contact Support and hope for the best if you can't log in for some reason. They have served millions of customers for years and I don't see why they shouldn't be trusted.

Libertyreserve started to require a verification account they have to send you an email with pin access the problem start when they do not send a pin access ,no email with pin access no access to your account. .

The PIN feature can be disabled from within your LR account.

Can access account with password but the login doesnt work takes back to login page ?
