I have an account on Liberty Reserve, and it is a good payment processor with great security measures. Yes you need to deal with an exchanger to withdraw your money, but it can be done easily. I never tried Perfect Money myself.

Obviously if you read both of their terms and conditions and services, with Liberty Reserve it is better and also LR is much much reliable at the moment. The only thing about LR is how you withdraw money which in some cases might cost you a lot of time especially in choosing the right place to exchange and encash money from LR.

Thanks Blogprofits for clarifying. It means I have chosen the right payment processor. I think the withdrawal process in LR is almost instant, but it might take a lot of times if you don't use a good exchanger.

I also prefer Liberty reserve to PM... Somehow I don't trust Perfect money, still don't know why...

Libertyreserve is a good. But Perfectmoney look more professional. If you compare both homepage, Pm is better

depends on how u use, if u use it primary for HYIP, LR is more popular and u'd think LR is better.

I prefer LR on PM because i think LR is more reliable than Pm but if they Issue bank card to withdraw LR using it really it will be very good and fantastic service from them
