Has any one used prepaid cards from xe-card.com? Lets share the experience here.

I would try to get the debit card from www.payoneer.com. It seems more credible. And I used it, It works fine.

I've been using payoneer card for a year and never had problems with that.

How did you obtain a Payoneer card? Don't you have to receive one from one of their partners?
