Two comments you may wish to address:
1. You do not appear to be registered with the SEC to sell securities and as such are operating illegally.
2. Explain how you obtained shares of a company prior to its offering in an IPO. Facebook is currently a privately held corporation and must also register its shares to sell them.

i will try give answer for both question

1) yes, the CEO of this project still in process to get all of his company legal document get reinstatement back, we will post the update about this procedure.
2) all company who have requirement, like the minimum of funds, which is can afford at least $1 million usd, can buy the Facebook shares via accredited investment program from the broker and you're correct, i was told to CEO of EMFNet to make all legal process done as soon as and he agreed.
