Oh and what/who's truth would that be... The program has done EVERYTHING it claims to do since it started in Jan, 2010. This very forum is FILLED with happy campers who are making more money with this program then any other, myself included.

JBP is a multi-million dollar company & growing by 200 members per/day , sometimes things like this takes time & they're working as fast as they can.
I'd rather them take their time & get it right , then go fast & get it wrong.

I agree with you but every time I try to log in I cannot... It's really slow... I can understand that JBP is quite famous but I cannot reach any webpage...
But it's not the most important right here, my main problem (I got double amount of positions that I repurchased last few days) is still here (and I saw that it happened to many other members), I didn't repurchase yet for today as the website is unreachable but when I will be able to do it I hope that I will get the right amount of positions that I will repurchase
But how JBP can have around 200 new registrations per day whereas the website is really slow along the day ?

Here is Frederick Mann on the restart feature. Being fearful and starting to panic unnecessarily can possible cause it, but with the 200 joining every day, i would think that more than offsets any jitters.... Enjoy
JSS-Tripler has a “Restart Feature” (RSF). When the kill point occurs, JSS-Tripler is essentially restarted as a new program. “Old” positions are “wound up” by paying members partly in cash and partly in JSS positions. So RSF creates a “fresh start.”
HH: But doesn’t RSF involve members losing their money?
FM: No. They experience a temporary decrease in earnings, but no loss of money. RSF converts some of their shortterm JSS-Tripler earnings into longer-term earnings from JSS positions. Because the RSF payout is partially in cash, and members retain their downlines, most members will fairly quickly build up their earnings to the level they were before, and beyond.
HH: How long will JSS-Tripler run before the “Restart Feature” (RSF) has to be applied?
FM: My guess is about 6-18 months. This is really impossible to predict because of all kinds of “vagaries” — e.g., system downtime can cause many members to become fearful, resulting in fewer new positions being bought. The big difference between JSS-Tripler and other similar programs is that JSS-Tripler has the RSF mechanism to recover from “bad situations”; while other programs fade away and/or disappear.

This glitch with the over placements of triplers will have a huge adverse impact on the program. I have had a couple myself, and my girlfriend also has been given 1 extra.
The obvious thing would be to go into the database and one by one.. go through all 20,000 accounts and check for discrepancies between 'units bought' and 'units placed'. then correct those that have been over credited.
However, this would be impossible if people keep going in and purchasing triplers. They would have to basically block access to the database till this has been completed. They would also have to find the rogue glitch that is causing this in the first place.
This is probably being caused IMHO by a sever lag created by too many people all logging in and submitting purchase queries to the database all at the same time, this can also cause data collision.
Put yourself in the admin's position. This is a problem that HAS to be addressed, and must really be done manually before it gets out of hand.

To be honest, speaking as someone in the industry. It is not quite as simple as that. scripts are first coded up to process the functions. It is impossible to foresee all possible problems that could occur and so put in a system check in place. These glitches are usually addressed when they appear. To build a checking system between all tables and fields in a huge database. Probably would involve years of putting it together. That's why coders put together and test and then tweak and iron out all the visible problems, and then supply ongoing support to clear up issues.
Really it does not come down to lack of competence, but to lack of practicality.
Just my opinion from experience.

It all depends if you have a downline or not.
level 2 has 2 major benefits. If you have been building a downline, then you will notice that half of your referrals get sold off. In level 1. Once you upgrade, you get 50% of those sold referrals back, and all the subsequent commissions from them from the time they are returned to you.
Also, when your downliners upgrade, they all pay you $57 every 3 months.
If a downliner upgrades before you do, they leapfrog you, and your sponsor gets it.. So it is a good idea to upgrade once you have 3 or 4 in your downline.

It's not difficult to run a script which will analyse the variance between two values... I owned a PTC website few years ago and I had more than 400 000 members and when I had a problem like this, I ran a customize script to analyse some values and it worked perfectly...
JBP has "only" have 20000 members so it will be quite quick to analyse (with a customize query) if there is a difference between values : No Purchased and No Placed...

Edited to add: They have probably already identified all the overpays.. They still have to go in by hand and correct them and trace the cause.
Also, although i have not yet had any expired triplers, but I am assuming that once triplers expire, then there will be a variance between bought and placed anyway. So still needs to be a lot of manual checking. Which means they still have to block access till it is done.
But like I said earlier. send them a helpful email offering your software cure.
