The date you are looking at is the date the placement was purchased. The stats do not show the date the premium was purchased and this is the date you need to go by to determine how long it took to fill.

OK that's good to know.
For someone like me, who purchases placements and premiums at the same time...
I could indeed use that date as the premium purchase date. Gotcha

As far as I noticed, the last date that is shown is the date of purchase premium placement.

And not only the date, but the exact time of purchase. Who does not believe, let it check.

Hi, just re-posting my question.

Hoping someone can explain this to me as my support ticket(s) have gone unanswered:

Before the recent jss tripler re-formatting of pages, I had over 70 expired and transferred, but unplaced, triplers sitting in my back office...along with 18 unplaced triplers from the previous restart. After the "upgrading" of the tripler pages, all of my expired triplers disappeared. They were not placed in jss matrix, they are not visible when I click on "expired positions" + "refresh report" in the tripler Positions page. The only things visible there are the converted positions from the last restart. What am I missing here? Is this what has happened to everyone? And, if so, where can we view all our previously expired, transferred and unplaced triplers?

Another new thing that I don't understand:

In my tripler members area under "Financial," I now have 465 purchased triplers and 203 placed triplers (and show 85 active triplers). Before the tripler page re-format, it was easy to see what was going on, for example, 465 triplers purchased, 465 triplers placed and the amount of active triplers was, very clearly, the number of triplers purchased/placed minus the number of triplers expired. It all added up. Now, it does not add up, at least not for me and unless I'm missing something obvious. Also, my "placed triplers" keep diminishing. I had 205 yesterday, I have 203 today. I'm assuming they diminish as my old triplers expire. However, this makes it hard to keep track of everything. For instance, I buy triplers and I can't even tell if they get placed at all, as my "placed triplers" seem to go up and down (mostly down) very randomly and my "active triplers" seem to be doing their own thing.

Maybe it's just my individual account that is messed up, but if this is the case in other people's accounts...Does anyone know how all of this works? And does anyone know what happened to these expired, unplaced triplers that seem to have "vanished?"

You have "Positions" in the JSS-Tripler area, and you can check your Tripler list, at the bottom you will see the ones that will expire next and so on as days pass. If you purchase new triplers it will take 2-3 days before get on this list since there are delays with script processing. Anyway, you can check with your own eyes when will your tripler expire in this section.

Everybody has the problem of not being given JSS matrix positions from expired triplers. I don't think they "vanished", they are probably registered. We still have to get matrixes from the restart too. I don't know how much this will take, we are constantly told soon enough.

Are there still any withdraw/payments limits?

As fas as I know They are still $500 per person per day(All processors included)

I too have matrices that were started back in Jan, Feb and March. Bought my premium placements but the people that were placed in Spots 1 & 2 did not do the same. I waited for JBP to give them their loans and then upgraded those myself to premium. Would you happen to know if JBP will continue with the loans? Of all the matrices I have received I have had help with only 3 of them. Am really praying once everything is up and running on the new servers that I will see more action from other members that get placed in my Spots 1 & 2. Praying more people will attend Snoop's Matrix Training and spend their 20 dollars. From being in the conference room it seems to me that people are making the matrix part of JBP much harder than it truly is.

I would like to ask your opinion on the matrix side of JBP, if I may. They are saying in the conference room that it is going to take a few months to get all the matrices transferred and placed from this last restart. Do you think that the filling of purchased premium placements (or platinum, if or when they are available) will start to get filled quicker than they are now. I have been told that the placing of all the matrices is done manually. I am waiting for matrices from the daily tripler feed since June 7th and today is August 8th and still waiting patiently for matrices from the restart before this one.

I am wishing all members of JBP great cycling days like Will just had. I feel as though we all deserve it for all the patience we have been exhibiting. LOL

I bought tripplers with that phantom $45. They just gave me a negative balance in JSS... I obviously will have to pay for that when I withdraw, i thought it was a pretty simple effective way to deal with the screw up.

I have the same problem. All my expired and transferred, but unplaced positions have gone away As well as those converted from previous Restart. They haven't been placed and now they are just gone. And I even don't remember exactly how many positions there were. Now in that column stands the number from the last Restart only. And in other ones (expired and transfered) - only those that matured after the last Restart. EVERYTHING that was before has faded way. Very disappointing.

I haven't submitted a support ticket though, because I though they would fix it. But still nothing happens and it seems like not going to happen...Positions are just "lost" I think few people will understand what we are talking about and be able to help us, because so far we are the only ones facing such issue...I've asked about it at many different forums.

If you get an answer from support, please, let me know. Meanwhile I myself will submit a ticket concerning the issue.

Does someone have any idea when will matrixes from restart start being placed?

Both of you should take some screen shots of your accounts.
That way you would have data with which you could address to JBP support.

I've been myself taking them at least once a week (or when something is going to happen like restart or changing name of the site that will occur in few days), and updating them with new ones.

I've been doing that since the first day and just got tired, but now I see that it can become useful.
At least you will have exact data to address support.

I heard Frederick say on a call that he would find out what was going on with the $5 loan for the placements. There was a few members wondering about that and wanted it to come back. As far as I know, it's still not working. So maybe after the new servers are installed we'll see those wonderful loans again, lol

Sorry but I have no clue how the placement / premium / platinum are going to be filled, or help with the filling. I realize it's all way behind but how it's going to be 'calculated' is a mystery to me.

Perhaps someone else has listened to the calls or heard something that I haven't. But like everyone else, I'm just waiting patiently for things to get done and start moving a little faster again.
