They have 24-hour hold on my withdrawal until the necessary fraud control procedures can be accomplished this will cause you to receive your withdrawal up to 48 later than normal. Better to wait with withdrawals to ego when they fix all..
43 days now and my 4 expired triplers have not been converted to a matrix yet...just don't understand why this is not done automatic when they expire!

My JSS account got funded with $10 ...Transaction history states that it came from Egopay but I haven't setup egopay yet in profile nor I made any deposit through egopay ...indeed, don't have account in egopay..I guess it gave out $10 in error...anyone else got the same issue ?

I withdrew for the 1st time on my LR account and was given the message about the fraud check. However the payment was returned into my jss account and it was said that the LR account number was wrong(Which is correct by the way). I have sent a ticket already but dont know what to do. and I actually need the payments urgently.

I need help for one of my referrals. He can't access JBP since a few days. After a long loading time in Firefox it says "The connection was reset". He tried with different browsers, but every time the same error. He is from Singapore. He cleared cookies and cache. He gave me his password and I have no problem logging into his JBP account. I checked it. Everything is ok in his account. What could be the problem? Any ideas? Trying to figure out why they rejected it too. Double check your LR number in your profile and fund JSS using it if you haven't already. Even if you didn't funded it, they should of still sent the money to your account number that was correct. We got to get to the bottom of this.
I got a withdrawal completed thru egopay today... just randomly logged in and made the time window. This is the 1st time I have used egopay and since my withdrawal to STP a couple days ago got put on 48hr hold, I'm expecting the same for egopay too...
So, when the money does hit these accounts, should I buy a position or two from each account before requesting a check or bankwire? what is the quickest way to get my funds from these accounts? I said some nasty things about JBP in an earlier post but it was just the frustration of it all... I believe things will get back on an even keel soon. It depends where you live and which options are open for you in which pay processors.
