For me, it works in the afternoons. I have been able to withdraw every time in the afternoons without fail. I made a note of all the times that my withdrawal requests went through and these are the times: 1:48 pm, 1:53 pm, 2:10 pm, 2:41 pm, 3:43 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:37 pm. I'm from Canada and these times are PST.
You might want to consider asking a family member to do the withdrawal request for you if you are at work. Just a suggestion.
I bought positions last July 12 and today july 14 still nothing. Behind for about 48 hrs

Maybe the problem is with STP. A lot of people even in other programs are having the same problem with their STP account.

I can't speak for other departments response times because I'm not in charge of those departments & don't have access to their data , but i can say the response time for the matrix training & support department is 100% correct.
Yeah a few tickets may slip past 24 hours here & there due to a staff member cancelling at the last minute due to bad weather where they are located or for personal reasons & i have to scramble to find somebody to cover for them , otherwise all tickets in my department are answered within 24 hours.

It's not as easy as just hiring more people. We are dealing with a lot of highly sensitive information & you just can't just give any ole body access to that type of information. A wrong hire could be disastrous for the company & therefore disastrous for you the member. They're trying their best to find & hire qualified people that can be trusted , but it's not as easy as you think. I just recently recommended to 2 highly qualified women i know to the support department & thank GOD they were hired. That will help elevate some of the support ticket bottleneck , but obviously that's not nearly enough to cover the entire JBP membership.

I spoke about this issue a few weeks ago , but 1 of the main reasons main support is so far behind is because a lot of members are flooding the support system with simple questions that could be easily answered in the conference room if they just went in there & asked.
For example: what is a Tripler ? How much does it cost ? How long does it last ? What happens when a Tripler expires ? What is a matrix ? How much does cost ? How long does it take to cycle ? Can i open multiple accounts ? Can i sign up a family member that lives in the same household ? Do you accept Paypal ? What is a restart ? Will you tell me when restart is go happen ? And so on & so on & so on.
That's just a small example of members flooding the support system with tickets for answers they could easily get in the conference room.
I personally know a lot of staff members in the support department , i can assure you the ladies are working as possibly hard as they can & some even to the point of exhaustion & sickness just to stay on the current pace. But with a membership of over 2 million obviously that task is very very difficult.

The missing STP withdrawals/deposits have more so to do with STP than JBP. Our I.T. department is in contact with them & they confirmed it. So we just have to wait for STP to correct their issues & then our I.T. department will be able to correct it on our end.

That was asked to Mr. Mann on a call and he shot that down as we already have the $15 level 1 (same as $5 a month) every three months and level two will becoming in the near future I believe that one is a monthly option if you do it?
JBP takes a heavy funding fee for small deposits ~ could you imagine 2 million plus or even 5 milion or more trying to pay this every month talk about over load for the PP... Allowing members to use earnings saves us all the processing fees and also show that Mr. Mann preferrs this but the option is always there if you need to fund and upgrade your levels...

I think $5 a month ($15 in 3 months) is NOTHING to big accounts.. if you invest $2000, you get $40 a day and growing.. $5 a month is absolutely nothing!
I think it should have a monthly fee according to how big a member's account is..

Yes my triplers have been positioned in delay sometimes 3 days only recently has my daily payouts have been coming, before I would have to send several tickets to get this fix. I guess admin is overloaded with work.

When you login JBP home page. Read the announcement there. There is around 30 hrs delay in the placement of triplers due to large volume of tripler purchases. So yes they will be placed but with delay.

I respectfully disagree with the $10 fee per month from Payza. I am on disability and do not have $10 just sitting in my Payza account every month. You are very luckey if you do. I am putting everything I can into JBP as it is, trying to build up my daily earnings to a point where I can supliment my monthly income and you want me and I would say many others that do not have an extra $10 per month to sacrifice even more of my monthly income. I am sorry, I do love JBP,but do not try to make it hard for a person to stay with the program. What would you suggest, that they drop all who cannot come up with the outside $10 per month. Long live this wonderful program.

The triplers I purchased Thursday are still not showing. I think I am going to chill out the next few days and not do anything in the system. Just let things catch up and get back to normal. I want request another withdrawal but I already have one lost between JBP and STP showing paid from JBP 10 days ago so I am letting my balance build up until the withdrawal issues are also resolved. JBP vacation time for me.

Not only Payza, but STP is moving in this direction too. In fact all the Canadian Payment Processors will have to be in compliance with the FSA rules before the end of this year. They won't be able to do their normal wink-nod enforcement as in the past. Also STP is working on an alliance with an US bank and their credit card, and to do that they have to "clean up" their act in regard to all these Ponzi's they service.

On a more positive note, SolidTrust is now fully compliant with the USA regulations requiring full licensing. We have partnered with a chartered bank in the states and are therefore under their licensing, which is fully allowed under federal law.
We have also just launched a new USA domestic MasterCard yesterday as well. Great timing for the site to disappear.
