Yeah, this is a legitimate and legal business all right, and adding an autosurf to it proves that.

it cracks me up how americans think that their FBI and SEC have jurisdiction and power over every company and every citizen on the planet .well it does not. Since I do not live in the US and since JBP is not US based I do not see what the hell all this SEC and FBI talk has to do with me and with JBP for that matter. Some might jump and say many JBP members or customers are US citizens so it means the US government has jurisdiction over JBP and on ANY JBP customer.well, thats absurd. I was wondering if some Chinese citizen invests in a US company that turns out to be illegal in China. Does China have then the right according to Chinese law to come bust the US company and all their customers? If a US company or bank does something illegal according to sharia law?,does a muslim country have the right to come into the USA and raid the US office because some Muslim invested in the the US company? Think not and that is the way it should be. I would hate to face the firing squad because some investment I made in the US is illegal in North Korea . LOL

They did not launch an Autosurf (Never Effective advertising). A Traffic Exchange (very affective advertising) is totally different there is a manual action required to view each advertisement. Google search Traffic Exchanges you will find thousands of them all real all legal many cost money to use.
Oh ya ~ Google charges for keywords and then pays for clicks when others view sounds like a similar Traffic Exchange to me all manual requiring human interaction. customers Buy google adsence keywords- google takes the money and pays it out to adsence members upon clicks and views of there ads. You sure are funny. Maybe you should read the ASD case, in case you don't know what ASD was about, before you go claiming that a traffic exchange is different than an autosurf because you have to do manual views of adverts. In ASD you had to do "manual" sufs too, even though they claimed it was an autosurf. But I loved your trying to tie this "traffic exchange" to Google.
In case you didn't realize it, the law firm is a "criminal" law firm. Slander is a civil case. But me slander Fred? You've got to be kidding. Since this law firm does not deal with securities, mlm, or even business law, how would they know if it was legal or not? They only defend people after they have been charged with a crime.
As for what color you use when you post, I could care less. Sorry if that disappoints you, but I'm sure you will get over it.
But for all of you have bought this lie/myth that being registered offshore does not give the US authorities jurisdiction, well..it is just that.. a lie and a myth. Don't believe me, Google it. Besides, redsnapper needs the money he gets from Google when you do. But for those of you who still don't believe it, I'll be back later with a whole list of cases and statements from US law enforcement agencies explaining just what they can do when it comes to being registered "Offshore."
Now we can get back to the "I got paid posts immediately, on-time, no problems getting paid" posts from all the of JBP to try and bury anything "negative" about JBP and Fred.
But Fred is going to sue me for slander....

Just a quick post for all of you who think that the US authorities do not have jurisdiction over offshore companies or individuals running a Ponzi, you might want to consider this comment, and I quote:
"Cyber criminals who target U.S citizens should not fool themselves into believing they can elude justice simply because they commit crimes outside of our borders," said Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer. "As this and so many other cases demonstrate, working hand in hand with our partners around the globe, we will do everything in our power to bring these criminals to the United States to answer for their alleged crimes."
Still think being offshore makes you exempt from US authorities? Really?

Well, according to wikipedia:
QUOTE
Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image.
Also I recall a story about a year ago where this cheer leader / teacher sued someone for posting false information about her on the internet. It damaged (ruined) her career and she DID win the law suit. Just sayin.

Yes. And another example: The Dodd-Frank Bill's effect on the Forex industry. It caused some unregulated US brokers to move offshore and drop US clients. It caused brokers in foreign countries to drop their US clients. Since Dodd-Frank, the CFTC has sued dozens of foreign brokers and caused some to go out of business.
The problem with ignorance like you responded to is that people don't realize that government agencies of the various countries have reciprocal agreements between them in which they all cooperate with each other.

For all of you who believe that HYIP's do not hurt anyone, and Fred is a genius, here are some statistics for you to ponder:
According to the President of Interpol, in 2011 cyber-crime stole almost $1 Trillion Dollars in Europe. The amount of money stolen in cyber-crime (Yes HYIP's are cyber-crimes), than cocaine, heroine and marijuana traffic COMBINED. US Banks lost over $12 Billion dollars in 2011 to cyber-crime. The US Attorney General said, and I quote:
“The amount of money being stolen online is staggering. The thefts… threaten not only the security of our nation, but the integrity of our government, the stability of our economy, and the safety of our people.”
People have lost their life savings, homes, cars, some even committed suicide because they lost their life savings to a Ponzi like JBP. It has caused divorce, rifts in families, ostracized family members, murder-suicides, and has destroyed careers.
Just because people don't want to recognize it, doesn't change the facts. In reality, only about 15% of the people invovled in a Ponzi actually make the money. The other 85% lose their shirts, life-savings, houses, cars, life, their reputation, and their career. Harmless? Yeah right.
You're only deluding yourself if you think these HYIP's don't hurt anyone and are harmless.
