Nice to get those multi cycling matrices. I used $30 to upgrade positions to premium in 4 other matrices. I'll be waiting for those to cycle hopefully within 30 days.

Anyone getting any matrices from expired trippers any more? I haven't gotten any of them either. I sent in a support ticket and they replied the next day saying they were behind. I should have a boat load of those coming.

i think he was talking about how long it takes to cycle premium placements. not the entire matrix position.

With that being said the program is online for over a year now and it's paying!

To be very honest I cant remember the last time I recieved a JSS matrix from expired triplers..... even thou I see it in financial statment at the bottom onf the page it doesnt reflect in my matrix count???

Whats to explain???... It tells you exactly whats happening... Routine fraud check... nothing more nothing less... A little delay occasionally for the safety of the program I would say is a fair trade off....dont you think

It is a pain to use STP as a payment processor. JBP has 4% withdrawal rate there, so, it used it a while and now it is becoming a pain to take the money out from STP. They have taken out the option of mastercard withdrawal couple of weeks back. I have added a visa card and they dont seem to verify at all. Other option is bank wire, they dont verify bank documents for 2 months. Support sucks. Opened a ticket for another issue which is not in their crappy knowledgebase, and they close it repeatedly without any proper assistance.
I think my money is stuck there for good. Just waiting for JBP to make 4% in payza.. Sorry about the cribbing guys, just so frustrated with STP and its been close to 2 months my money is sitting there with no option to withdraw it out. Any one facing this with STP?

Yes they do it on routine basis, even i had a problem once but the admin sorted it out in two days. No worries

But if you didn't do that, I would say there's nothing to worry about and the withdrawals will be unblocked and sent soon.

Hi, all account that withdraw blocked is my friend that they singup under me and they have more position in account. Why JBP blocked withdraw today. There is no reason.
Now, I have over 500 referal level 1+ level 2.
But today have a same problem for more my dowlines.

Does anyone have a direct contact to their Management? We are trying to contact them about using PexPay for payment processing. If anyone can help us please let us know. Our fees are good, and we work with a bank that has all funding features including MC/Visa. We are just having a hard time getting to a direct contact with them.

You're not the only one. The triplers I purchased yesterday JUST showed up in my account today. I received an email stating so maybe 10 minutes ago. I'm not sure why they are so behind but it's becoming to be a bit annoying lol

Support hasn't replied to my ticket and it's over a week now! it's a missing withdrawals!
Positions take alot of time to get placed! accounts are getting blocked from withdrawals... Yeah i know i read they are trying to catch the hacker..... or you can call it Stalling also....
Commissions are taking forever to be added as well! site is growing to fast! and they can't handle that growth it seems!
Just doesn't look or feel good around here anymore!
Hope i am wrong! DON'T start attacking me!

I think it's best if they pause the whole site for a couple of days trying to get rid of backlogs.

You're entitled to your opinion so I won't attack you one bit lol! I have experienced the slooooooooooooooooow responses from them via SUPPORT. I had an issue where my subscription for level 1 was about to expire. I upgraded but yet my profile kept saying "suspended". Needless to say 3 tickets sent and almost a month later they corrected the issue. I was ticked off, because I felt it was something so simple yet it took them forever to solve. So to be honest with you, they will contact you as long as you remind them and it may take a while to fix the issue.
Now I agree when you say it seems like they can't handle the growth. We have expired tripler positions that haven't turned into matrixes, and the payouts are getting posted to our accounts later in the day now.
