Yesterday I requested Cash out and got the payment sent notification e-mail but I haven't received the fund yet into my LR...Anyone else got the same issue ? Not sure what is happening with JBP
Happened to me a couple of times. for the most recent case, after 2-3 days wait and still no LR received, I sent a support ticket and wait another few days for the LR to finally arrive - but that was mths ago....... and I think now with support so bad you might have wait much much longer for them to get to your ticket to response.

This is not a problem. Official notification is... "you have to wait 2 days to lay down your money on LR acc". Only for LR!

Just growing pains. I have been with JBP a year now and the site has gone through many changes and upgrades to handle the volume. Nothing to worry about. Just annoying.

Like others I've been experiencing bad lag times in JBP over the last 3 days or so. Also, I have an STP payment request that JBP says has been processed, yet it still has yet to show up in my STP account. This was about 5 days ago. So, not sure what is going on with STP. I am also having an issue with funds transferred from my STP account to another program I am in. The funds have not arrived in my account there after 2 days, so something is definitely up with STP. I think I will stick to withdrawing via Payza as I have never had any issues getting money from JBP to Payza.
I hope STP can get their issues resolved though. I want to call or send in a support ticket and ask why my funds are not in my STP account yet, or why funds I transferred to another program are not showing up, even though they were debited from my STP account???!!!!!!!!!!!
Can anyone help me get into contact with admin of JSS. I tried funding my JSS account from my LR account. The money has been transferred to JBP's LR account but my JSS Account has not been credited with the amount.
I have created a support ticket on this issue with JBP's helpdesk but have still not received any response or solution to my problem.
Will be much grateful if anyone here in this forum could help me get into contact with JBP's admin.

it can take 4 to 5 days to have lr funds show up at jbp it is all manually done for your safety and since the site has been acting up support cant login and do funds or payouts either please be patient .

The site might mess up or go slow but thats because its growing faster than it can go as a website and they need to catch up :-)

i am also in doubt but lets wait and see, only referals bring me money so there is no loss only gain so far let see. what the site has in store for us all.

This is rather odd since all my previous funds transferred from LR have showed up automatically. True, the site has been acting up lately, but now that others are receiving their payouts, I just will hope my account will also be updated soon.

I requested withdrawals 4 days this past week and received them in less than 24 hours each time. Yes the frequent site issues are annoying, but the program itself has never failed me. I am deep into profit and loving it more each day.

"On 2011-12-30 03:32:26 JBP credited your account with a $10 loan to purchase your first free tripler. Instead of purchasing that tripler you successfully withdraw it. This is not allowed, and this is why your account withdrawals are pending. We now have a fraud dept. that has caught up with this.
You may not have been aware of this at the time, but if you will agree to purchase that tripler we will unblock your pending withdrawals for further withdrawals."
I'm totally unaware of this $10 loan. I thought this loan was given only to new accounts ? My account is old - made on Jan 2010 and support said the $10 loan was credited to my account on Dec 30,2011 - or nearly 2 years after my account was made ? Does this made sense ?

I was finally able to login but when I tried to go to tripler the page timed out several times. JBP certainly needs to find a good programmer for the site.

Yes it does make sense because you had never bought a Tripler before. Correct? They credited everyone with the $10 loan who had never bought and was therefore considered an inactive or 'free' member.

Yes. I just find JSS and JSS-Tripler too complicated - with matrixes and restarts and with so many issues faced by the members from my reading of this thread so I never did want to get involved; I'm just happen to promote to earn referral commission.

I thought I read somewhere B4 that they will debit your JSS ac with $10 later to offset the $10 loan made to U?

Why not ? This program is not suitable for me, but lots of other people will love it, so it makes sense to promote it to earn some money right ? E.g. U might not want to buy a BMW (maybe because U can't afford it) but you know U can make good commission from selling it so U promote the car as a saleman - makes sense ? We're all in this for cold hard cash, and U can either use your own money to buy JSS positions and JSS-Triplers or promote the program to earn referral commission or both and I guess most members earn both income - from thier own purchases and from referrals, but I just want to earn referral commission.
