Well, if I have an empty matrix, I would contact the upline first to share the cost.
Nothing to lose. If the two spots are the last ones to fill for a cycle, the upline will respond. I'll just sit and wait until the restart feed is completed, if I have just few JSS positions and they are all empty. All it really takes is the initial $20... heck, use some of your Tripler earnings if you can..... after that just use $20 from the $60 you recieve from a cycled matrix to help cycle the next one... and so on... very simple concept.. and costs nothing to start doing 
exactly ClaMas if you guys think of jss synergy surf as a cash register and that the matrixes are the drawers of that register and in this register they let you put a 20 in and take 3 twenties back out in 11 days and you wont get locked up for doing it then you will then see the whole point of focusing on the matrix side of the program too..

It took long time, but got rewarded.
I had 3 mangled matrices which I could not do anything to cycle. I gave up on them and figured there are no shortage of matrices to worry about, since my support tickets were no use for months after initial responses that told the matter were escalated to staffs with authority on these problems. To my surprise, I got responses yesterday and got paid $180 for all 3 matrices. Received 3 mails and money over 11 hours span. $ 60 has been added to (or subtracted from) your JSS Account! I got 3 emails this afternoon saying I had JSS Matrices cycle, but they cycled 2 days ago. Emails are running a couple days behind so don't get confused if you see an email that reports cycling when it could have cycled a couple days prior.
