I had a buddy across the country sign up for intgold,sent him money then had him sign up at wa360,he did both without any problems,a few days later I had told him to check both wa360 and intgold because of all the hacking stuff that happened,he can not get in either account,wa360 says something like you need to use a vaild account number and I am not sure what intgold says,right away i thought he got hacked.
long story short,I have his passwords and can get in his accounts from Nebraska but he can't get in from Leominster Ma,any ideas other than clear cookies and SSL ?

does he have caps lock on or something.....

I don't think so because he typed the passwords to me,besides i hope he's not that dumb
