I use Craigslist to promote some products I sell online. I use HTML to design my ads to give them a bit of branding and help them look non-generic.
Anyone know if I were to put a "do_follow" tag in my HTML whether or not those links would be good for SEO? I'm assuming that CraigsList overrides all links as no follow, but thought I'd ask if anyone knew for sure?

It's nofollow. Although I have used it in the past just for links and it helped me in Yahoo. I was up on the first page in no time after a few postings.

I think it will make no difference and always will overdrive and be NoFollow. But you can use it to increase traffic.
