What tools do you use to value your website?

I generally use a 6-12 month revenue basis on buying and selling websites.

how do you value a website?
HJAndrew
I judge all of them by the amount of money they are bringing in on a monthly basis.

I usually look at the sites past 3 months revenue i then look at the sites PR and then of course the sites niche with this i can determine how much i would be willing to pay.

I found a lot of website "value" ranking sites, for example:

http://www.websitevaluecalculator.com/
http://bizinformation.org/de/
http://www.yourwebsitevalue.com/
http://www.sitevaluecalculator.com/
http://sitevaluecheck.com/
http://www.worthbot.com/
and more...

but i think this reviews and values from website are not really true.
its only a theoretical value of your site(PR, backlinks, etc.), this is not the price that anybody would pay for it.

important for the buyer is not only the statistic from your site, important is how usefull is your website/domain for the buyer, what can the buyer do with it. and by this creates the price and real value of your domains, site etc....

The traffic and the huge number of links you get for your site matters a lot. It is indeed a good point for everyone to think on as it will be a lot of beneficial to many people.
