I looking for an exchanger or (any exchange website) who can do this job SAFE and very FAST.

I want to transfer from my Paypal account to WesternUnion / MoneyGram or to any other e-currency.I`m looking for a FAST and SAFE service.

Have anyone tried this one?! It`s for real or it`s a scam?

Please share your suggestion from your experience with my request.

You won't find any reputable exchanger taking PayPal for either WU/MG or any other e-currency as it's against PayPal TOS. Besides, the paypal user could make a charge back after getting his order completed.

So, get money from paypal into your bank account and then buy whatever you want with wire, money order, WU, etc.
