Well, I wasn't on when the hacking happened! Guess I missed all the excitement. Too bad this happened. Looks like Jason saved the day with his backup. So did anyone catch the little hacker #$@%& yet?

I had a backup from 3am this morning.. I have no idea why anyone would want to waste time messing with a forum. I just hope he can come to his senses and realize that he stands to make a lot more money by moving along with us and not against us. Everyone might want to change their passwords just in case.

It would probably be in our best interest to forget it even happened. I don't know how the hell I talked him out of continuing, was a mess trying to repair things. Glad Jason had a backup, not the most recent but it's better than what we had when the hit happened.

I told him he deleted the threads that could have made him the money back that he lost. He seemed mad about losing money...but that was a bit extreme.

Change all your passwords if you think it's that unsecure. But definitely change your password for here.

I don't know if I talked him out of it but he acted like it. Was definitely weird....

If anyone has a problem with something, I just wish they'd contact me instead of resorting to screwing things up. Im all about helping people out..

I also need to get in contact with rollinhigh about those forum icons he made for me. I accidentally overwrote them when i was uploading the new version of the forum software Hopefully things should be back to normal later tonight.

Change passwords if you feel you're not secure, and try not to use the same for everything. I used to but never had a problem that made me change them. Seems lately that with people making money and people losing money, some people are getting jealous and trying to hurt you.

A great firewall is ZoneAlarm and you can get a free version. I think it's still http://www.zonealarm.com

For virus scanning I use 3 to make sure because not all scans get everything.

Panda Online Scan http://www.pandasoftware.es/activescan/activescan-com.asp

Panda is one of the best, if you have the stand alone version you're in good shape.

Trendmicro Online Scan http://housecall.trendmicro.com

This one usually catches annoying virii

The Cleaner is a great trojan cleaner, trojans and keyloggers are a killer.

Of course you want to have a scan that runs all the time, Norton, Mcafee and others are out there. McAfee is better than Norton on some things and vice versa but no scanner gets everything.

AVG is a free scanner but if you move virii to the virus vault you can screw up your system if it's an important file. I had to reformat to fix it. So be careful with your settings.

You should scan your system at least once a week and make sure you update just as often.

I think that should put you on the road to safety.

Any info on this guy? He must have owned a doubler so that he had access to peoples passwords. My vote is for that Qtripler guy. We really pissed him off after he was caught and the hacker has the same mannersims and way of typing that Qtripler did. Can we compare his IP address to the hackers and I bet it is the same proxy.

He sent me an email saying that I "did something to him" and thats why he was messing with me. Qtriple is about the only person that I can think of that would fit.

thank god I use different usernames on the forum than the doubler sites

i just changed all my $$ processors and all doublers' accounts (those that got $$ inside) and MMG to random 8-10 digits/alpha.

i was here at 1:30pm est and things get really messy and the hackers got all our passwords and emails.

1st i thought is radmax86 got really piss... then finally understand the account got hacked.

That isnt his IP, Thats a tunnel IP associated with Intgolds server in caifornia. If you purposely type in the wrong PW at intgold u will get the same ip but maybe the last number will be different ( example a 4 or 5).....

Everyone's account was hit 3 times today by a random account generator, there was no turing number with the script so no one's account was hacked.

I changed my password today and I didn't need to call anyone. I would suggest everyone do it anyways.
