I was a client in InstaForex since a few month ago,I already deposited via Libertyreserve and Web Money ,and I had no problem for Withdraw from the account, and they paid me within 2-8 hours.
But now they not answer any Email,I sent several msg to them.also sent my Photo ID + Driver License to ap@instaforex.com that can prove I'm the owner of this account,
also some of my friend told me about instafoerx, that they remove the history without any explanation but I didn't listen to their letter.
Be aware my friends,I will show you the proof very soon.

If I were you I would have find some reputable brokers such as FXCM, Oanda or MB Trading to do business with and not so unknown broker. Just hope you didn't put in lots of cash in it. Sorry to hear that.

Dear forum members, Let me shed light on the situation and share some facts. I am shocked, this matter was defined as "scam". No one stole the money. The problem was in declining of the withdrawal application made by our client with the nickname Captive. He did not observe a proportion, while requesting withdrawal to LR. And e-mail was not received because of the technical bug in post server's work.
There Mr. Captive confirmed the funds receipt. So InstaForex is trusted broker.

I've opened an account with this broker because I liked the account without spred, cause it's really convenient for me! About the customer service: there were no screw ups, all the questions and operations are done in a short time, that's why suggest to everyone!
