I'm kind of a methodical guy. I like to plan things pretty well before pulling the trigger and I feel I have some things to learn about cyclers before launching one of my own.

I understand the concept of a Cycler and have checked out the various software/scripts to run one. I have an idea on how I'd like to market the cycler as well. However my concerns lie in the legalities. What are they? Is there anything legally wrong with a cycler?

I see in the other new cycler that popped up that there were things being requested by the members such as a smaller pay out option, possibly another payment service other than alertpay etc.

What other things would you like to see in a good cycler and what tips might you have for a new one planning to start up?
