I planning to put a little bit of money in some of the stable programs that I have not joined yet. However, I believe it would be wise to wait till after christmas before dumping any money in any program, no matter how stable a program may seem. I think if programs pass the ever fragile Christmas season then there is big(er) chance of surviving long enough for newbies to join and make a profit. Why... i think the reason is that many investors pull out money from programs and on top of that, not too many are investing at this time of year. This is usually not a bad thing as it seperates (hopefully) the real from the ponzis biggrin.gif

What do you guys think?

If a good opportunity pops up, I'm not just going to sit on the sidelines because of Christmas. I think people really overrate the effect of the holiday season on these programs, as many have pulled through just fine.

That said, the chances of something popping up that will interest me enough to spend between now and the new year are pretty slim.

Just looking forward to 2006.
Hope that it will be a harvest year~~
But I will still invest in some programs.

Harvest for scammers too!

The more I think about it the less convinced that the holday season is a threat to healthy programs.

This time of the year some real crap pops up, this is where the failure rate is.

S.T. does not have season related problems, although the history books will put them in trouble during the holiday season. S.T. is fundamentally flawed.

People have usually got their xmas money out by now. One of my personal best ROI started Dec 2nd last year. It was from the dreaded IT4US. I was getting some serious dollars from it, from dec-feb. People may have less to spend after their xmas shopping right now, but it soon picks up, if you see a good thing jump on it. smile.gif Don't forget to do your DD....

Unless a really good program pops up, I tend to wait until after the holidays.

It doesn't matter to me. Good programs don't close down during Christmas smile.gif

Yes they do. Happens all the time.

When an opportunity comes, take it. Doesn't matter when.

Just know that there are a lot of scams around this time because people will take advantage of someone so THEY can have a better Christmas on YOUR money.
