Some very good points in here! I think most people just don't know what they are worth. They think too high. They paid $8.00 for a site, and expect 1000X their return, when 10X would be enough.

As with most things, it's about being realistic. In the same way that some people buy domains and hang on them for ever hoping to get a huge price for them, while others are buying and selling all the time at lower prices - and actually making money!

You should check your .htaccess or your SEF urls plugin, it is not rewriting correctly. All your website links result in 404 not found
