I don't think this has happened in the past. If you do have an issue, all you need is a contact in one of those countries and your should be ok. Each Country has their own rules and regulations though.

What if it is .edu and .gov and .org can that be take from you also?

Well if you don't work for the government and if you're not a school or educational entity, you might lose it. I'm curious, why are you interested with these extensions? You should always go for dot com or something better.
