I purchased this domain about 4 months ago, and dont know what to do with it really...Dont know if i should just sell the name or work on a site first and then sell
it? Any suggestions or opinions on the name would be a big help!

Instead of just letting it sit there parked...you could throw together a real quick autoblog and at lest get it indexed. Throw some adsense at it and you just might make a buck or two while you figure out what to do with it

Swine Flu mania wont last much longer. If you can sell it for $20+, I say sell it!
Otherwise, an adsense autoblog is the best idea. Adsense ads for Swine Flu may be Medical Related, which pay very well.
Unload a trendy domain if you get a decent offer.
i would probably make it a blog and add treatment related things to it, while waiting to decide
