When queue gets smaller then I usually accept a few orders who request by mail and say they can wait and definitely want to secure their spots.
Smaller orders can be placed through my site (of course everyone may mail me also any time, contact inf is on my site), I will fit these between bigger ones.

let me ask you as pro to pro. I am about the inscription " I am not giving the psd away". Being for a long time in IT/design and related things I am not clear why you do it. Or why you not do it. the rule N 1: once the job paid in full, all the related materials, the source code, the source of design versions must be sent to the client. Any of the agreements I have seen clearly states it. Let me assume that I have got a banner from you. I know photoshop and I need to change a single letter. So i have to contact you... which isn't good. Also to copy psd ( I mean to copy the idea you see) isn't something big effort you know. Probably the rules and default conditions don't work here in the world of hyips... cause hyips are too fast. So they just don't need to modify anything at all.

I'm having a hard time choosing a good template for my site. I understand all designs are custom, I just want to give Doris an idea, any suggestions of what you would personally like, please post them.

I want a design more laid back, a little easier on the eyes, something that will work for everyones taste.

Okay, I have explained it before a couple of times, but np.
It's just simple, I think out a lot of effects and i don't want to share the way they built with anyone. And i work a lot with every single item I design. Why should i give them out for others to use, when I created them?
And yes, if someone wants changes, they need to contact me. Simple changes (where there are no animations) I always do for free, but if there are animations and it requires some work, I'll charge $3 for an edit.
BTW - If you are good with photoshop ("pro" as you said), you don't need .psd's to change 1 letter. At least I don't.
And no one can tell me what I must do or offer.
I run my little business that way - I offer design service without giving out psd's - if clients agree with that and like my work, they order. If not - there are tons of great designers here, some giving .psd's out, some not - feel free to choose, whoever best suits your needs.

I just disabled site-design orders through my site to avoid situation, like have been in past so many times - one day comes in 3-4 site orders, next day another 3 or 4 ... right now just please mail me to get information can I accept bigger orders, and when.

And for christ's sake, getting hold of psds and having similar styles are totally 2 different stuff. Please read what Doris had mentioned. I dont wanna argue on other designer's thread, so please be considerate.

There is no one who has a style like Doris.
Only those who attempt to copy it and not develop a unique style of their own.
Doris is the best hands down , no exceptions.

OMG, whats going here Have not time to visit forum many days.
Please ... lets be nice (you too, Matt!!!! - "THAT face's" place here). I really dont want any war... We all here to make some bucks and everyone do that the way they can do. I think the internet in enough big place for all of us.
And yes, not nice to make claims without proof
And once again about psd's - this decision, not to give out psd's - there is nothing to do WITH ANY OF CURRENT DESIGNERS here. I made that decision several years ago, when i was new in web design.
I have a lot of customers, who have been with me for years, they all know that. I have made some exceptions, but not likely. BTW - im not "summed it up", it summed up by them who can't accept that (not to get them, lol). And i have to explain it over and over again.
A little clarification about editing ... during work clients may ask as many changes they want, but if changes needs to do later ... a week ... month .... year ... its 3 for animated graphics. I have all my psd's saved ... GB's of files ... so changes can be done even years later.
