It will be possible to purchase an apartment in "Millennium Tower" ( put in commission December, 2008) only in Sunzha’s Sales Offices in Moscow (Komsomolsky av., 24, bld. 1) and in Sochi (Deputatskaya st.,3) since September, 2009 .
The company's refuse to work with external realtors and the development of its own sales department is due to its commitment to avoid groundless price increase and minimize consumer pressure. The direct interaction with potential clients will make the purchase procedure considerably easier and shorter for customerts.
The change in sales strategy will allow "Sunzha" Group to reinforce its market positions and make an advantage against its competitors since they normally work with realtors, who might lack vital information.
