Have you join PACforall?

My family used Singtel Internet services.

I wonder any of you experience problem with PACforall?

I cannot access to PACforall website for a few days, while others in other countries can.

Is it because Singtel and other ISPs IP address is ever changing?

Pls tell me I am not only one who experience such problem.
