I've been car shopping for 2 months, looking for a used Mazda3 and finding nothing. My dealer called me with an offer on an '05 Chevy Malibu for just under 10K (after taxes, tags, etc) and I purchased it.

What do you guys know about Malibus?

You certainly get a good price! The price tag for a new Malibu is about $22K! Looks at this page:

Yeah, the price is what sold me! It has about 13K miles on it, and it's under warranty up to 36K miles. My mechanic (a good friend) checked it out and the carfax shows a clean record.

I have no idea why the price was so low but I didn't try to make the dealer raise it, lol.
