Hi Green!
Well, I deal exclusively with The GoldShop. They're one of the better exchangers out there, with very reasonable fees for Inexchanges and Outexchanges of e-gold. The thing I love the most about them, is the fact that they are very easy to deal with. Convenience plays a huge part on whether I patronize a site or not, and GoldShop delivers. Think of it this way. You can do a deposit LOCALLY via Metrobank. It doesn't get anymore convenient than that. What I do is just deposit whatever amount I have in pesos, then let them convert it for me to e-gold currency. In just 24 to 48 hours, it's already in my e-gold account, ready to rumble.. lol.. The URL to their site is http://www.thegoldshop.biz As you can see, it's not a referral link. I don't do that coz I'm sure you'll love their fast and friendly service (emphasis on the words FAST and FRIENDLY). I've tried a couple of exchangers out there who support our country in their list, but the delays and the outrageous fees that they charge, makes TheGoldShop shine better than ever! Try it, my friend, you'll really like it. Just tell them Danny C. sent ya, heheh.. Take care! Dan PS. This ain't a paid advertisement..
well ive been using the Uniclear debit card and ive gotten my funds really fast. Ill look over goldshop though. Thanks for the input.
i use uniclear also to withdraw from atms, altho they seem to have e-gold funding problems right now(hopefully will be fixed soon, they fixed it before). regardless im also gonna but xlcard as a backup

i use PGX (www.pinoygoldexchange.net) for all my e-gold transactions.
Has anyone been having problems with Gold Thrift Lately? I sent them money on Monday for a wire and the money STILL has not reached my account!
Try www.mabuhayexchange.com . They are based in singapore but run by Pinoys. Very professional and credible.
Try PinoyGoldExchange (PGX) or with other Pinoys (PinoyMoneyTalk- PMT).
Speedy, no hassle. Different methods to choose from.
Try asianpay...

thegoldshop.biz is good. Higher fees though, 4%as compared to PGX's 2.5%. Aside from that they're a senior silver member of gdcaonline.com, very trustworthy.

Mabuhay!!!
Help!!!! I'm a newbie here and I need to fund my e-gold account. I wanted to support my fellow Filipinoes so I tried PGX but their support staff was next to nothing. I'm having doubts if I should continue with the deposit they required. I was on my way to the bank yesterday and I tried to send them an SMS but they did not reply. They also did not reply to the inquiry email i sent them the other night. What's going on? Should I continue to deposit the money? Or should I continue to wait for their reply? I'm guessing they were very busy and did not have time to accomodate my inquiries since I'm only buying 100$ worth of egold. They did answer my SMS inquiry last Holy Wednesday though. I think I'll try e-gold.ph. They seem to be much more organized. Can anybody post anymore testimonials on any pinoy e-gold exchanger? After PGX, I don't trust the on-site testimonials anymore.
Hi oliver.
I am a satisfied customer of PGX. So far, they've been great. Regardless of the amount , they provide similar service. I hope everything turns out fine. V
Thanks for the reply Vien. I'm just being very cautious about funding my e-gold. PGX seems ok but I wish they just reply to my e-mail and text messages. They did put their email address and cellphone number in the site. What good are those if they are not using it. Maybe browse it once a day and see if a client needs assistance. Well I'm glad there are people like you who are satisfied with PGX. As for me, I'm keeping my options open.
Mabuhay
Try http://www.eurogoldsales.com/ they are in portugal. but u can use swift for worldwide payments sell rate is only 0.75% I'm also from europe but my wife is filipina. Its always good to keep options open. Likewise, you can also visit pinoymoneytalk.com (PMT). There are members who exchange e-gold too. Goodluck!
Hi everyone! I just found this thread...
I agree with Vien that some members (including myself) sell e-gold in PMT, you may want to visit some time QUOTE(embcsk @ Apr 21 2006, 08:16 AM) Hi everyone! I've just made a successful transaction with EGOLD.PH. I don't mind the slightly higher rate they have than PGX. EGOLD.PH is definitely better than PGX in the support service for clients at least based from my personal experience. They answer constant text messages inquiry and update of the transaction. I made the deposit in the afternoon and got it later at night. Mr. Joseph (EGOLD.PH) even bothered to update me of the fund transfer.
I guess it's all up to the Egold buyer/seller whether he/she prefers lower interest rates or constant supportive service. Since I'm new to this I prefer to be cautious and chose better support than low interest rate. I know most of the egold exchange service out there have their pros and cons. It all just depend on the users preferences and of course his/her timing if the staff is busy overloaded with transactions or not.
been using PGX and it rocks!
I guess next time when I make an e-gold transaction I'll reconsider PGX.
Maybe when I have enough egold to sell, sometime in the next two or three months I guess java script:emoticon('', 'smid_37') Maybe I'll split it between PGX and EGOLD.PH. java script:emoticon('', 'smid_31')
funding egold i use icegold. if i sell egold i use uniclear. I can withdraw my funds in hundreds of ATMs nationwide.

Hi Vien! I knew it was you!
I'm fine, still waiting for payouts... How r u?
I have been using AsianPay From Thailand and its services are excellent.
You can buy and sell egold with asianpay. QUOTE(oliver020206 @ Apr 24 2006, 05:59 PM) I guess next time when I make an e-gold transaction I'll reconsider PGX. They even helped me to get the needed bank accounts here localy so i did not need to meet them in person to pick up the funds. I hope you do reconsider them for your next trade. My last trade was a sale to them of my e-gold and and it was done right as promissed. even with updates as they were about to deposit and after the deposit was made. PM me if you need any help reaching them.
PGX is the best for funding and exchanging for pinoys...fast service and reliable
I've just received an email today from PGX explaining
what happened when I tried to make a transaction with them last time. It seemed they are ok now. They just had a problem with the cellphone service provider that's why they were unable to reply to my messages a few weeks ago. |
