Are you feeling confident? Nice and warm? Are you casting aside all control of your reason and your powers of observation as Robo-voice spins a magical tale of silica mines and shimmering, crystal formations at the mouth of a mineshaft? Oh, I can just see it now�..silica, gold, mine shafts and the rear end shaft that is coming to those who shall make their entry into this �venture� at just the wrong moment.

Of course, it matters little that Robo-voice chose to position his �business� in the so-called HYIP �industry�, which over time shows near 100% failure rates.

Of course, it matters not that Robo-voice was caught without his Darth Vader voice altering software one day in live chat. He denied using such a device when I accused him of doing so. That pretty much makes him a liar. But, hey, let�s not be too hard on Robo-voice. After all, lying con artists like him do what they do, and lying is just his stock and trade.

It matters not that this program is almost a carbon copy of Freeland Opps, which spun its web of deceit and ruined the financial lives of many, in 2004.

It matters little that full transparency through regulatory bodies is not available.

It matters not that not one person has ever posted a success story in a forum that they achieved financial independence through �HYIP�.

No, it indeed matters not, and why?

Because, as is the case in the early stages of ponzi schemes like PTV, many, if not all, are already �in profit�. Some may say,�Does that not mean it is real?? It has to be!! I mean, come on now, I am in profit! He is paying on time!!!� cry the �veterans� of the �HYIP arena�. Oh yes, Garrett loves your enthusiasm, as it is what he pays you for. He fully expected you to be in profit since you are his advertising budget. He needs you to be in profit. He prays that you are in profit, for his final catch lies out in the distance. It lies in the larger numbers who will be attracted by the stench of greed and desperation and will tip the scales with enough force to exceed what Robo-voice needs to rap it up and head to the Caymans - with your money. Without your �profits�, he has nothing to lure the final participants who will be filleted, processed and rendered as if nothing more than a fatted calf at the abattoir.

�No way!! It can�t be�, you say......... Yea? Tell that to the people who were in FLO, Nova Light, CEP, P2P, SOW, GNI, Arbs Fund, Tradelite, IT4US, FX Star, World Wide Loan Club, ASD, 14Day****sSurf, Urgent Capital Group, No Risk Investment, Fx-Interest, Tradedfund, Reallytrade, Bviuion, Pro-Stoic, SCinvesting, Quickly-trade, BestChoiceHyip, Favomarket, Hourly Maker, Capitalnx, Nocrisis, Principal Return,E- sailer, Yen Stock, Major Barter, The Stoic, Liberty Reserve Bank, Setinvest, Smarty Fund, GearsOfProfit, Top-for-money, TradeCenterBank, Cobex Talent, Top Commerce, Banque Commerce, Angelprofit, Lakewood Trading, Asian Invest Group, Novalex, Finance, ONIS Group, Stoic-Capital, Gainfund, Genesisfonds, Profit-Trust, Sts-Gold,

ALL of them FLOPPED. But hey, I bet lots of people were �in profit�, eh?

So, at this stage, I want to give you a preview of what Robo The Clown has in store for you all. At some time in the future, he has to create a way for you to want to suspend your payout requests, or at least slow them down. He will have to balance the inflow against the outflow and make the former exceed the latter. As to how he will do this, I am not sure, but one surefire way is to alter the current plan.

Look for a new plan, such as a private program that will require larger minimum amounts to play. There will be a time limit to get to a certain amount, and in order to do so, you will have to suspend or lessen your withdrawal requests. However, getting money INTO PTV will not be suspended at all. Oh, heavens no! This will allow him to create a huge influx of new money and retain the old. Once a new plan is announced, that will signal the pending departure of Robo and his silica mine. I have already heard whispers from my contacts in the chat room that Robo has mentioned that the plans may have to change�..oh really???? Yes, really!

While waiting for him to perform his faits accomplis, you can be sure that he will continue with his meetings, his wonderful news, his assurances that he will be around for three years, his plans for the future (not the real plans, of course), his continuing on despite the naysayers, his ability to fend of extortion attempts, and on and on and on��.all designed to instill confidence - to lure, to entice to lay a seductive tale of intoxicating rhetoric that beckons those who are desperate, needful, easily persuaded and beguiled into parting with money they can ill afford to lose. But people like Robo, are unable to feel. They are numb to the plight of others.

Case in point, I currently know of the following: A single mother just had several HYIPs flop on her at the same time, leaving her penniless, but hey, some were in profit. Another earlier case, an elderly woman in poor health lost $32K in FLO. She lost her house as well. But, hey, some were in profit. A gentleman lost enough in P2P that he has now lost his home and his prized motorcycle. But hey, some were in profit. I could cite many more cases, but why bother. We will soon have many more, and they can speak for themselves.

So, to those of you in profit, hey, what can I say? Oh yes, I can give you something to think on, as you count those profits. You see, at times the authorities will track and find the sources of these scams. When they do, they will start in motion the process to go after all those who �profited�. They will use the court system to appoint a receiver and his mission will be to recover all assets of the company so that victims can be given back whatever money is left in an attempt to make them whole.

So, don�t spend the money. For one day, a receiver may send you a letter and place you on notice that you owe the receivership money. Think it can�t happen? Look here: http://wfperkinsforcep.com/. People who were �in profit� with CEP found otherwise.

What�s that you say? Robo does not use US based payment platforms? Ha! Little do you know. Any crime committed against US persons can be investigated in any jurisdiction that cooperates with the Feds. And it just so happens that all jurisdictions of all the pay processors used by Robo - Panama, Hong Kong and Cost Rica, will and have cooperated with US authorities in the past, when proper requests were made through diplomatic channels when financial crimes were involved. So again, don�t spend the money!

Also, I have confirmed that the US SEC is aware of PTV, although they will not deny or confirm that an investigation is underway, as is the norm.

In closing, I have to admit that Robo is damn good. He could recruit vegetarians to invest in McDonald�s franchises. He could convince Obama that the US actually has a Constitution. He could convince a skydiver to leave his parachute behind. He has the gift of persuasion. However, he is not without his faults.

Case in point. One morning in the chat room, one astute participant asked Domo-Arrigato-Mr.-Roboto a question along the following lines: Garret, how do you fund an operation of any kind when you give back 100% of the principal and up to 90% of your profits in 45 days?

His answer went something like this: �Well, uh, you see, umm, it�s like this, ah, well sort of like this, ummmm, well, I wish I could explain it to you, but umm, its kinda hard to explain, but ummm well, we do it.�

Okay, so he got caught off guard when someone actually asked a real question. However, we can forgive Robo, since he was not used to answering anything that would tip his hand. After all, it�s embarrassing to ask hard, probing questions in front of those who are �in profit�!

To those of you considering participation, the choice is yours. However, know this: To date there has never been a happy ending to involvement in any HYIP. If you feel like bucking the odds, prepare to find a skittishly warm reception. You will find mods that are unable to think critically. You will enter a world where logic is turned on its head. Disbelief is suspended and replaced by words so convincing, so assuring, so comforting that you would go to the gallows with a jig and a smile.

When the time comes and you find the site gone, and the participants are in disarray, just remember this:

Some were in profit.

Your first warning was made 6 months ago and so far this site has continued to perform well and based on other members posts it continues to perform with great expectations so I'm sure some of us appreciate your post even though 6 months old, but it starts to get old once you keep re-posting a 6 month old post.

I don't know if that one is a re-post or not. Anyway I think it's good that he reminds Investors of all that as it sounds dramatically important. Besides, if that is a 6 month old re-post then it's just useful that it be posted again due to all new Folks and newbies who keep coming in here. ( who most likely don't go back to 6 month old posts)

I think the SEC would be more worried reading PTV's blog than its investment, as i have to admit, PTV is doing a fine job in educating the people of what's going on in this mad world we live in. IF Ptv were to shut down, which i sure hope not, i hope the blog will continue to live on. Just my thoughts...

Opinion: However, that being said, we cannot underplay the fact that while governements are asking for more and more money for everything under the shining canopy, it is the people's responsibility to stop looking for "handouts" and for the governement to function as "babysitter", "parent", "guardian" etc. Governements should "serve the people" but people should lead the way. Instead of governement being our parent we should parent the governement. It should understand that it follows our rule. We need to define the boundaries for it. While the USA is often the focus being in the limelight the most often, most other countries are following the same route. If you truly want peace and prosperity then you must take back the power to yourselves. To do this you need to become involved in the process. Sure, it's boring and we're busy but what's the alternative if we don't start becoming more aware, setting the tone, telling those that represent us what we think. Yes, there are some countries that aren't
democratic and it's more difficult to acheive because you may not have the method of "voting" them out but you can still acheive the same end. It doesn't take violence, we're not advocating extremes here. There are always peaceful methods to accomplish the same results. As was said at the last meeting about PTV as well, "You've got to realize this: there's power in numbers, victories as a community come when members welcome and accept and work towards a common goal". This is true in countries as well as groups.
