I was browsing jobs overseas and somehow followed a link to an online jobsite in Thailand (both written in English and Thai. I'm amazed how the employers are so adamant about including a personal; and they even specify an age range as well as preferred sex! In America that's a violation of the States' employment rights/laws.

I am not sure this is can help you. I am Thai people. I know if you want to work in Thailand, you must have at least 3 things.
1. Work permit from Thai Authority.
2. Passport
3. Visa from Thai embassy
