All I care is the pay rate. If you pay good, then I'm in.

Knowing that the admin is not into running away is a good start.

Other than that, test the admin, how does he/she behave and reply to your queries? Is he treating members like airheads morons? Does he sound like a teenager? Ask him about what was going on in the HYIP world 3 years ago. Does he have a clue? Is he making it up? Double check. If you find out he's lying then bye bye sucker you won't be seeing my money.

Usually before putting money in a hyip or an autosurfer I email admin and whenever possible get in a chat and even in the phone. He needs to convince me he's serious about business and he has a solid marketing plan and he has been in the business for years.

I have been admin a few times so I know the kind of challenges admins have when running a program and if I see they are not up to it then my money won't be reaching their accounts.
