Just wanted to know if anybody has invested in Rabobank based in Netherlands. Their APR of 3% seems to be attractive with their branch Rabodirect in Ireland. Any opinions guys?

Rabobank is a real bank based in ......I forget where. I wanna say the Netherlands but I really can't remember. Anyway, my bf has been working there for about ten years now. He recently sent me a link for Rabobak New Zealand's savings account but it didn't look as though I was eligible since I don't live in NZ.
