I requested a withdrawal to my debit card (first time I used it) on the 29th of July----so far, nothing----and the amount is shown as 'pending' on the STP site. Their support is of little help, informing me they are waiting for a funds transfer of their own in order to fulfill the withdrawal requests. I am afraid this does not exactly inspire me with confidence as far as using STP in the future. I have been burned before with Stormpay, Intgold, and several others. Anybody else having this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks

STP is getting worse every passing time. My withdrawal request last sept 21 is still pending and STP support says there is withdrawal delays in debit cards so all we can do as STP users is wait. Stupid service.

Well I've been waiting for my DC to load since the 24th. Called them...they apologized...said they are waiting for a wire, and that my card would be funded today. I'll post when that happens.

Their excuse? The bank that they've been using is causing delays, and they plan on fixing this so that delays won't happen in future...

Seems that they are worry of keeping big amount in their "First Pay" merchant account so they just funding their account in weekly basis with a small amount.

Well it took 5 business days to load (my last post).
Unfortunately, I have small sums going into STP on a regular basis, so right now I just have to wait.

Now, I have been waiting for a DC load for just over 5 biz days.

1-3 biz days is has turned into over 5 biz days.
When I asked STP to change this on their website, this was the reply:

"For those clients with a pending debit card load, rest assured that it will be completed as soon as possible.
We expect a return to a normal time frame of 1-3 business days by 9 October or earlier."

As someone stated in an earlier post, there is always an excuse...usually a misdirected wire.

While it would be great to just not use STP, it's kinda tough when ya have money automatically going there. Change takes time.

Have anyone tried loading their card lately?

STP late for every process more than 24hrs to verify fund.
